This project was built to deliver treated water for the irrigation system of one of the biggest and famous golf curses in Latin America
Single pass, single stage. Two pressure vessel total, that contains eight (8) LG NanoH2O membranes. The system it’s set to produce 50,000 US Gal/day of product water at 38% recovery.
We worked with a PX as our go to Energy Recovery Device in this one. All of our system was mounted in an aluminum skid ready to ship in a 40′ container.
The four (4) systems supply water to living quarters exploration facility. Two of them on small towns supporting local population and others in the oil platform for drinking proporses of the exploration team
Four (4) skid mounted seawater reverse osmosis systems set to produce 3,000 GPD of product water.
This system had one a pre-treatment system that consisted of one (1) multimedia filter, one (1) antiscalant injection pump and one (1) ultraviolet lamp for desinfection.
The RO system had three (3) pressure vessels with a single membrane array.
We also integrated a post-treatment system that had one (1) re-mineralization tank and a chlorine injection pump.
ADVANCED Equipment and Services Inc. brings drinkable water to remote communities with water scarcity by delivering a containerized solar reverse osmosis system powered by solar panels with 100.000 GPD capacity.
The equipment provides drinkable water to about 6000 people, this state of the art technology in water treatment systems operates automatically 100% with solar energy reducing the operational cost substantially. It operates and self-regulate based on the instant solar radiation.

Supplying 70% of the icecream of an island in the caribbean. System provides water to icecream production.
Advanced Equipment and Services has successfully completed commissioning and start-up of a state of the art 30,000 US GPD reverse osmosis system. This system has been design to work at 85% recovery rate with a very low working pressure. The final user is large a multinational company factory located in a small island were water and power are limited.
This system works 100% automatically with a permeate flushing system that will extend membrane operational life expand. Customer maintenance manager Luis Pena comment’s ” This system has been running with a very low operational cost and minimum maintenance we are very happy we got the right equipment from the right company”
Since the water is so scarce, the 15% reject flow coming out of the reverse osmosis system is used for flushing toilets in the factory general quarters, making this system a truly zero discharge equipment.
