COMMERCIAL - HOTEL

This system provides water for all amenities in a hotel of 350 rooms in the caribbean

Single pass, single stage. Two pressure vessel total, that contains twelve (12) LG NanoH2O membranes. The system it’s set to produce 30,000 US Gal/day of product water at 40% recovery.

The pre-treatment system consisted of two (2) chemical injection pumps (chlorine and antiscalant) and two (2) media filters for removing suspended solids, iron and chlorine.

This system was designed to operate and fit in a 20 ft ISO Container ready to ship and isntall.

INDUSTRIAL - ICE CREAM FACTORY

Supplying 70% of the icecream of an island in the caribbean. System provides water to icecream production.

Advanced Equipment and Services has successfully completed commissioning and start-up of a state of the art 30,000 US GPD reverse osmosis system. This system has been design to work at 85% recovery rate with a very low working pressure. The final user is large a multinational company factory located in a small island were water and power are limited.

This system works 100% automatically with a permeate flushing system that will extend membrane operational life expand. Customer maintenance manager Luis Pena comment’s ” This system has been running with a very low operational cost and minimum maintenance we are very happy we got the right equipment from the right company”

Since the water is so scarce, the 15% reject flow coming out of the reverse osmosis system is used for flushing toilets in the factory general quarters, making this system a truly zero discharge equipment.
